Grace, I'm sorry but Sebastian hides Fairy Dust. The kitten could easily be Brushed Steel covering Fairy Dust.
I would try bonking Sebastian with something more dominant. Or, even better, try bonking Portabella with different eyes up and down the chart to get a top range.
I understand that your priority right now may be breeding more Desert Stone though.

Hey Ivy, I just put one that has Desert Stone with a blinking Octopus... I'm trying to see if it is more recessive to Ocyssey Collision.
