I love this cat! Is there an instruction manual I need to download? I think it doesn’t require food, but does it need anything else? What do I do when I log off?
Hi Kristi! You can view the manual on our website here: http://kittycats.biz/help/. Your cat is a Perma-Pet so there’s really nothing that you need to do except enjoy her. She does not need food, she won’t get sick, and she cannot breed. You can log off with her either in world, or in in your inventory. I hope this helps!
Hi..I received the firestorm kitty…and she is great. But one question (not covered in the notes that came with her) she is very low on energy (the lightning bold symbol reads 13%)…how can I improve this?
Hi Cheri! Energy raises and falls naturally on its own. Your cat is a perma-pet however, so she can be woken up at any time while sleeping. When Energy hits 0% she will sleep, and when it hits 100% she will wake.
hello how do i get a firestorm kitty?
I love this Kitten.I loved it so much I went back for girl kitten and accessories. Your attention to detail in all your products is truly wonderful. However, my firestorm cat disappeared. I am not sure what happened. He was on my shoulder in my house and he disappeared. I am sure it was user error, I’m just not sure what I did
I went to the re-rez sign near your store. I was able to get the cupcake box (very cute, BTW), and it is has been sitting on the floor of my house loading for some time now. It has the warning not to put it back in my inventory. Is there a way to get back my beloved cat? Thank you again for the free firestorm cat, it has opened the door to a new hobby on SL.

how do I get all my firestorm kitties back? they are no longer in my inventory. I’ve tried clearing cache, and redoing the filter on my inventory. I have all the cakes from the different years…the packaging…but of course it’s empty as I had already downloaded the kitten. I am so sad that all my firestorm kittens are gone. I did get the 2017 and that one is doing fine. Please help me know how I can get all my cats back thank you””
