If you can access the cat's menu, try toggling low prim on/off. (Touch the cat > prims > low prim > 2D cat.
Then to put it back to normal, touch the image > prims > low prim off).
If this doesn't work, you'll have to file a ticket at https://kittycats.ws/support/index.php?/ticket/submit-ticket including the ID# of the cat which can be found on your pedigree page https://kittycats.ws/pedigree/ and we'll send you a fixed copy of the cat.
