Ears & Whiskers

I had an idea about maybe adding a size trait to whiskers..for example..a short and a long trait. I've had many cats with rather stubby whiskers and also some with very long ones.

And I think we've all seen a kitty turn one ear kind of sideways when they are watching something intently..I'd like to see that as an ear trait too and maybe a 'furious' ear where they lay back with a 'furious' tail that stands straight up hehe.

Maybe we could have a 'arch & hiss' animation?

What about a new eye shape..I'd like to see a narrowed eye..like a sleepy half closed look.

Yay nice ideas!
I would like to add to this wishlist the super rounded ear and a 4-th eye trait: sparkle.
Like the Starry Starry night but in all available eyes as a possiblity to breed a sparkle trait.

I'm gonna raise a hand here. More traits are good. They don't have to have a bazillion values, like fur or eyes .. there are advantages, and hidden pitfalls, to having only two or three values for a trait.

More animations are good too.

Which leads me to point out that traits don't HAVE to be visible things. They could be "personality" things and some of those animation ideas would lend well to being a "trait value" for a personality trait.

I like personality traits but I hope it will not be too similar to a competitor I think that was somehow to obvious or boring in the long run.
I would love more animations which could implicate a cat with a certain mood one fine day
So more like random mood cycles a cat with a bad day or a cat which loves to be cuddled or likes to run and play.

I love that random mood cycles idea!!!!! And more animations too -I really really want one where they curl up on my back while I'm lying on my stomach reading. That's what my rl kitty does.

Ohh I would love more traits especially for eye shape and pupil size. I would love a mood cycle as well where they have good days/moments as well as bad.

That would be lovely indeed!
More different sizes for the eye and pupil this makes them cool I think as the eye expression is so important as for how the cat looks!

ohhh I love the idea of the furious kitty! I can just see a Black Russian with Fire eyes with enormously dilated pupils, tail puffed up straight in the air, ears back; now THAT would be a guard kitty!!

I definitely agree with more ears, **puts in ballot for lynx type ears** but I really like the idea of more eye traits. The difference between the two shapes and pupil sizes in combination with different furs, eye colors, etc is so astounding! I can just imagine the variety that another one of each, shape and pupil, would make...
