I'm not sure if you guys remember "Over the Rainbow Kittycats Market" I used to own it on my old avatar. In a couple weeks I will be reopening under a different name, Magical Meow Kittycats. It is still in the works but here's the landmark if you'd like to save it or come have a peek, it's one parcel atm but will have two when done, a love area, rentals and just a fun place to hang out like before, but smaller.
