I know we all have had frustrations with KittyCatS and breeding. We all have our own thoughts on what we would all like to see.

But one thing remains the same KittyCatS goes above and beyond on a regular basis with customer support, it might be simply returning your beloved cat, fixing bugs, or listening to us. They don't always do what we might want but they are here listening to us and commenting. They haven't been afraid to say, as in the case with the twinkle shade, Sorry. They have listened to us when we asked for no more new traits. Very often we forget to speak up about how wonderful they are when we speak and I think everyone can use to hear how wonderful they are once and a while.

This alone is a HUGE reason I love KittyCatS. I know if I ever have an issue someone will take care of it and fix it to the very best of their ability!

So I just want to offer my heartfelt thanks to the entire KittyCatS team.

The KittyCats team must sometimes suspect I majored in Losing Cats in college Smile But I assure you, it's raw natural talent.

And yet they are always patient, kind and VERY VERY QUICK to return my babies with a kind word and answer questions. They even make housecalls! I think this a huge part of why KittyCats is so successful ... the fantastic people behind the pixels.

I would just like to agree that I appreciate the KittyCatS team too and breeding KittyCats is an awesome experience in spite of the individual frustrations that some of us may experience. Heart

I fully agree that if the community wasn't so lovely and the owners, staff and creators not as devoted and passionate about their product and community even the most cutest kitty wouldn't be a reason for me to stay with a company.

Hear, Hear!

The staff has always been patient, friendly, personable and helpful each and every time that I've interacted with them - even at times where I've been clearly dismayed and/or having a rough day. Support here is stellar, and is a large part of why KittyCatS is, in my (never humble) opinion, *the* best breedable pet/animal in Second Life.

I major in misplaced kitties or opps I sent that one to heaven by mistake, but kiitycats staff always does their best to help even when I am at my worstHeart tytyty KittyCatS!
