We only need to look at the maternal grandparents and the mother on this pedigree because proof is held in the mother. There is no way the mother could have gotten her eyes from the grandmother (or else the grandmother would have shown Blue Ice Eyes)....so she had to have gotten the Blue Ice from the Grandfather who was hiding them as recessive to the Tapestry Harvest

Breattany had Exotic Breeze Eyes. These are definitely more recessive than the Tapestry Harvest eyes shown on Micaiah.
Their resulting child (Gaia) has Blue Ice Eyes. Blue Ice Eyes are also more dominant than Exotic Breeze, so there is no way that Breattany held the Blue Ice Eyes (or else they would have shown on her). This means that Micaiah had the Blue Ice Eyes as Recessive to the Tapestry Harvest.

On the dominance charts it is still listed as unclear whether Tapestry Harvest is Dominant or Recessive to Blue Ice Eyes (As a matter of fact, it shows a wide range of placements for Tapestry Harvest). This proves that Blue Ice IS Recessive to Tapestry Harvest. This would place Tapestry Harvest Directly between Midnight Sky and Blue Ice eyes on the chart and solve that big mystery.
