Make a cool Halloween Custom Collar using our Collar Creator Kit and send it to Kitten Longmeadow for the contest!

Rules:

ENTRY:
1. Only one entry per avatar
2. Entries must be PG rated.
3. Entries by an applied texture to a collar box

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS:
• 22nd October at 11:59 PM SL time.

JUDGING AND WINNERS:
• winners will be chosen by a combination of a community vote and a KittyCatS! judging panel.
• community voting will begin October 23rd and end on October 29th 2015
• Winners will be announced 31st October 2015

SUBMISSION STANDARDS:
• All submitted work must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property of anyone else.

PRIZES:
1st Prize 5.000 L$
2nd Prize 3.000 L$
3rd Prize 2.000 L$

3. La texture doit être appliquée sur un collier (kits vendus au magasin principal).

JURY ET GAGNANTS :
• Les gagnants seront désignés par une combinaison d'un vote de la communauté et d'un jury KittyCatS !
• Le vote de la communauté se déroulera du 23 octobre au 29 octobre 2015 inclus.
• La liste des gagnants sera annoncée le 31 octobre 2015.

NORME DE SOUMISSION :
• Tous les travaux soumis doivent être originaux et ne pas empiéter sur la propriété intellectuelle de quelqu'un d'autre.

Some of the CSR's (Calico in Italian, me in French, etc) speak other languages than English,
we translate important information so that people who do not speak English or prefer
having those information in their native tongue can also access them.

It was in the body of (not attached to) one of the notices in the KC Addicts group.
(And it's above - but only in French.)

Also, I found that you can vote for as many different designs as you want, but only one time for each design.

It's really cool seeing all the different designs. It's a nice display of all the creativity in our community!
