Looking for a new shop

I am looking to re-open my KittyCats store. Nothing too big, maybe 50-100 prims at a fair rental price. I've been to a lot of kitty markets and so many are filled up!

If anyone knows of a low lag, high traffic KittyCats market with an open rental spot, please send me a notecard or IM with a landmark and any additional info. Would also be helpful if I don't have to join the group to rez so don't have to keep changing my group every time I tp home, but not necessary.

I'm a manager at the Enchanted Kittycats Market sim. We have just expanded to a full sim and have plenty of spaces available but they are filling up fast. our traffic is steady, I always see more than 2 people on the sim at one time, there's always people on it. The prices are
50 Prims 75$L/wk
and 100 Prims 150L/wk
