Ok. Now that I know what a jewel is and how they work,

WHERE THE HECK ARE THEY???

I've been hatching kitteh for at least eight months
and havent seen a jewel yet!
Is it simply Tads one sided coin toss working against me?
Does the server just hate me?
Do I need to be one of those uber catteries slammin 100 boxes a day??

How often do YOU see a jewel show up?

I have been doing kitties coming on close to a year now and I have gotten 1 emerald. That's it and that's all I only have about 30-40 live cats at a time though, tops.

So frustrating I know!, I think in almost two years of being in kitty cats I have gotten 3 jewels

It's a little-known fact that hen (roosters, too) have the genetics to produce teeth. Given that scientists have learned to activate that gene, and actually produced hens with teeth, I'd suggest that jewels truely ARE more rare than hen's teeth.
