i use this Marker for New Starter ( found and/or missing Traits) as easy "PostIT"
and i hope is helpfull for all

Setup

1. Rez a [CaT] Hover Marker

2. rightclick and choose edit, change the text in the Name and Descrption Field into that for the Hover you like


3. click on the [CaT] Hover Marker to change the Hover text


4. change the color if you like a different Hover color
(after click change the Hover the color)
