Help pleas, Cat only stand still and doesn`t do anything

Hello together. My KittyCat is 38 day s old. Since 3 day s she only stand at the same place and doesn't do anything more I can not interact her. No menu for animated my Ava open. No hold, no walking...nothing.

She only takes feed. That kann I see at her small menu over her head.

I don't know what is the problem. Please, can someone help me? Thanks.

Several possibilities :

1- Is the cat in pose mode ? Check the animation menu.

2- Try and toggle low prim on/off. Touch the cat > prims > low prim > 2D cat then to move it out of 2D. Touch the image > prims > low prim off.

3- Try and send the cat to the online Cattery. Touch the cat > cattery > confirm. To bring it back, you will need a cattery dock obtainable for free at the KC mainstore.

4- If all this fails, file a support ticket (Support tab on this website) including the cat's ID number and they will fix the cat for you.

She is still running and jumping. I taste the low prim. After I have take off, she run.

But the pose mode I didn't find. The search of the forum doesn`t find it too.

To see if a cat is in pose mode click your kitty to get the menu with the cat in full prim mode.
Choose Animation.
If pose is on you will see a menu option saying Pose On.
Click Pose On.
Then click Disable which will turn the pose off!
I hope this will help ^.^
Also if your kitty is able to jump and run I think pose must be off anyway for her to move like that =)
