They are particularly awesome on that black cat - and true, it would be good to have these back. I also saw them in main shop once and thought "wow!"

What about introducing this eye the same way as the Lucky Irish Clover ?
These special events are allways fun and it would also fill in the rather long gap until the next Halloweens release.
