RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
I thought we had posted this but I don't see it. Maybe I'm blind. So I'm going to post/re-post this just to be on the safe side so there is a chart record her in case someone needs it later. Saga chart already notes Crystal Crush is dominant to Pewter.

Reven, Hap and my test proving Crystal Crush is dominant to Pewter

Mom Thea has Crystal Crush showing
Dad has Dry Olive showing
Baby shows Pewter which is dom to Dry Olive so has to be Crystal Crush's hid

RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
How the Odyssey Crush effects

Crystal Crush
Saga's charts says:
Under Crystal Crush: dominant to Bronze & Twilight and recessive to Full Moon
Under Pewter: dominant to Bronze and recessive to Odyssey Cognac Moon (and Crystal Crush)
Under Full Moon: Full Moon is dominant to Morning Dew, Pewter, Crystal Berry, Crystal Crush & Cognac
Under Twilight: dominant to Morning Dew, and recessive to Gerbera Blue & Crystal Crush
Under Crystal Berry: dominant to Canary, and recessive to Morning Dew (also Twilight & Crystal Crush)

Crystal Crush is between Full Moon and Pewter

Now must be tested against
Odyssey Crush, Odyssey Cognac Moon

RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
I do have both of those tests running right now.
But it can go faster if others do them too.
The crystal crush versus OCM kitties have been stubborn every step of the way. Should have been done weeks ago if they had been reasonable. Wink

New Proof by Doll Orfan

Crystal Crush is dominant to Odyssey Cognac Moon

Mom shows Odyssey Skyline
Dad shows Crystal Crush
Baby shows Odyssey Cognac Moon proving OCM is recessive to Crystal Crush

Now Crystal Crush only needs to be tested against Odyssey Crush

RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
Yes! So glad to see it done! Congrats!

And may I say, those are some good looking cats on that pedigree. OCM looks so great on the Coffee and Cream and the parents look nice too.

RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
Crystal Crush only needs placement against Odyssey Crush. I think, Ivy, you're the only tester cureently with the Ody Crush. Would you like this Crystal Crush girl? I am retiring her but can pull her out today if you want her. She is very pretty. Reven and I made her on another test.

RE: Crystal Crush recessiveness?
I'm very sorry to report that the latest crystal crush versus ody crush cat, Berwyn, has thrown his shown eye, crystal crush for 2 weeks in a row.
This is after I had to put the last tester cat away when she proved to be hiding bronze.
Better luck next week.
