Request: Teacups & Toys for old times sake back in future specials

True. That Limited Edition cats can come in toy or teacup size is a rather new thing... So while people may like it, they can hardly claim it's for "old time's sake" ;-)

We've steadily seen toys/teacups in collections at random since Halloween 2011 with a few exceptions - two collections that lacked toys/teas were the Christmas 2011 kitties (minus their special babies, and there ended up being quite a lot of toy/teacup special babies) and the Valentine 2012 kitties, and of course any sort of birthday/Collabor88 kitties. Otherwise, we've been able to collect miniatures in the majority of collections since early October 2011, which was quite a while ago although it feels like yesterday.

I sure hope this isn't the last we see of miniature kitties at random in holiday collections! The quest for miniatures is enthralling and I'm less inclined to buy holiday kitties without that fun random factor of potentially acquiring a toy or teacup that properly fits my avatar's proportions, and I was excited to see who else would now have interest sparked in collecting different size holiday kitties as well with 1.29.

Oh no I totally understand that desire for them and I totally hope they bring them back but they do seem to like to mix up how they do things as well so who knows maybe some collections will carry teacup, toy and petite and another will carry bigger de big and megapusses. Although my guess is that if they allow once size they have to allow them all which may be why they weren't in this collection as the new sizes are so new.
