the thing to watch, though, is if you are doing "one-time" partnering instead of automatic repartner, after 11 days, the partnership will automatically dissolve so I would suggest not partnering early until they are at 6 days
also I would suggest to always do one-time partnering and repartner after each baby. If you do the automatic repartner, and you change your mind and decide to partner to different partners or menagerie one kitty, you will have to wait the 11 days or buy the potion to break them up which is a tad expensive.
