You got it totally right. since you know the baby got the shown from Mom, you did get the hidden fur from Dad. and you are right, the fur has to be Foxie S&P Dad's shown fur and the same fur or more recessive hidden.
If you breed the girl back to dad, you have a 50% chance to get Foxie S&P or more recessive.
