Disable Negative Comments in Reputation section of Forum?

you know i have been thinking for quite awhile, we have "feedback" which is usually something wanted different, and very good to have...

and i think i will find a way to start a fun "praise and good news" thread

we get enough "bad news" in life and often the great stories of kindness and encouragement don't get reported

so... later!!! then we can all share things that ppl do that make our experience more fun!
