Those were a non copy/ non transfer, nose attaching toy that were available

as a halloween trinket from some event or another.

As far as I know they are not currently available.

There is the "angel kitteh' version, with flapping wings that flies around your head.

You can get those hidden beneath the le tigres display at the Main Store.
