I like the little roses you can click on to Give Thanks to a poster for a helpful or interesting post I was unaware of the Reputation feature until now...I would think if someone is posting something way out of bounds (selling dogs maybe ha ha) then the Report to a Moderator button at bottom could be used to get rid of any troublemakers officially...
