miracle menagerie bottle not pulling up all my kitties and boxes

I know I had Nekos at one point and I was pretty sure I had menagerie them but I don't see them in my list so I think maybe it is only showing so many. I am pretty sure I have sent way more cats than are showing in the 3 years breeding.
