Making Costs for Breeders A Bit Lower

I would also like if permapet cost was lower. I do the same, put them in inventory my faves (esp Teacups and sizes that I know I might not get with those traits again) that are past 120 and label them pets in the hope of bringing them out one day but no, they are still sitting there lol.
