This is very possible as the father is the dominate kitten, and in the genetics, the pandies are recessive. So although the pandies together will also produce the pandies, now and than the grandparents will reappear. Anything in the pedigree of a kitten may appear at any time, its becomes less likely as they all further down the family tree of the kitten
