Impossible?Russian-Black Fur from 2 Pandies?

I have two pandies who produced a Black Russian Fur Mega kitten. My friend says it should be impossible to to get a Black Russian Fur kitten from two pandies since they are dominant to the Pandie or something. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
