"Perfect" is a term used with eyes or whiskers, when all of the traits associated with the eyes or whiskers are non-genesis (i.e. "perfect eyes" are a non-gen eye with a Mysterious eye shape and Small pupils, and "perfect whiskers" are a non-Silver whisker colour combined with a non-Guitar whisker shape).
