RE: Can this eye be pulled?
Yes, but when you pair a hidden recessive (in this case Magic Kiss) with another more dominant recessive (like Brushed Steel) you are forcing the pull from the father. You will pull one of the eyes from the father (Crimson or Magic Kiss) and hide the even more recessive eye from the mother (Brushed Steel). The luck of the pull seems to be doing Magic Kiss hiding Brushed Steel which is unfortunate, but a Crimson baby hiding the Brushed Steel could just as easily happen.

When Crimson is fully placed on the dominant charts it'll be easier to figure pairings based on that, but whatever you pair the Crimson with as of now will have the capability to hide a decent amount of the fairly "dominant feeling" recessives which will remain in the line depending on what you actually breed behind it. In the new line if Malek is successful, the baby will be showing Crimson and hiding Brushed Steel. You can only go so recessive though... so even at that choice you need to ask if you want to go.. more recessive behind it like a Faded Flower, Deep Dive etc... or put something else behind it in that line.
