Oh yes totally!
I would love to spoil my permapets rotten and buy them all possible accessories and having a walk in closet for them.
It would be awesome if it was possible to somehow store what was once applied to their wardrobe
EDIT I totally would love knitted socks for them and matching sweaters with cowl!
I know socks would take 4 prims but who cares if it is a choice because I learned when we hide attachments they don't count as prims
We likely dress them up and attach them anyway LOL
