I looked at his domain name some time ago. As near as I could tell, the .info registrar's dispute resolution procedure was to complain to ICANN and they would abide by the decision. The problem with that was I could not find proof Kittycats was a registered trademark. If it were, while it's a bit of a hassle, Kittycats could seize the domain name.

The company name, according to the web site is "The Pampered Pet Company" not "Kittycats". Since the emergency change to this new web site, however, it's been sort of hard to find. It's still there on a few pages, though, like the Pedigree.
