I have to say, Rene sure is doing a bang-up job of destroying his business. He's plainly working his way down the list, pissing off and pushing away his best/largest customers. I imagine once his market has sufficiently shrunk, he'll stop pushing his customers away simply because, at only one or two cats per owner, it just won't be work the effort to piss them off.
