Having a big sort out of all the boxes I have made and getting some bandits popped once I see what I have and which way its leaning, been getting very mixed results from that fur. Also breeding a Bandit alternately now with the Ginger hiding Mocha (got a Ginger) and the Pearl hiding Patch (got a Pearl), was kinda hoping for a Bandit both times so at least we would know something. Will pop back and list the bandit boxes later once I see what I have.
Got lots of Ginger/Mocha/Patch to menagerie
I also have a stubborn Pearl I'm hoping hides Ginger but he has declined to pass his hidden so far. Unfortunaly all my successful tests have been on females so all my males hide a non gen fur.
So after my sort out I have
Bandit II versus
Mocha II - 1 box showing Mocha II
Patch II - 1 box showing Patch II
Pearl II - 2 boxes , 1 showing Pearl II 1 showing Bandit II
Ginger II - 1 box showing Ginger II
So based on the fact I only got a Bandit II 1 time out of 5 boxes I'm popping the Patch II as the known most recessive so far
Regarding Pearl II versus
Mocha II - 3 boxes all showing Pearl II, 1 live cat showing Mocha II (the one from the Patch II proof to check if it hides Pearll II or Patch II, I suspect Patch II)
Ginger II - 1 live cat showing Pearl II
My feeling at the moment is that Pearl II may be dominant to Ginger II and the Bandit II most recessive but we will see, the cats do like to play games with us
As we know Patch II is dominant to Patch I so we may need once we have confirmation to run Bandit II against Patch II but no point until we know if its dom or rec to Patch II. It could be my bandits are very bad and the Bandit box I do have hides Pearl, lol.
