We mentioned that after multiple attempts to create an account that required your approval, that it never came. The obvious cause appeared to be that we weren't customers, which we accepted as the way you wanted to do business. The suggestion to contact you and that you'd add us came up recently, but after someone I don't even know showed up in my IMs to hurl verbal abuse at me on your behalf, we have chosen not to be involved directly with you or your product.
