This is like complaining that getting all the TV channels is too expensive. There are luxuries and conspicuous consumption, and there is a basic package for the average person who can't afford the money or time for the extras. KittyCatS gives away an average of three free cats a year. Demanding that their customers who put time and money into coaxing the cats to produce something desirable be limited to selling it for no more than a certain amount is ridiculous. "Shame on you, Mr. Martin, for putting 'Game of Thrones' on HBO where I can't watch it just because HBO paid for it."
