Unfortunately the new whisker shape is hiding behind the Tutti Frutti costume

RE: Snappy whisker shape ...
Here's the latest on my breeding of the Garden Party pair that produced a kitty with the snappy whisker shape under her costume (and the kitty's first breeding too):

Dad .. partnered with kitty showing dreamy whisker shape .. produced dreamy:

Mom .. partnered with kitty showing od. frazzywave .. produced od. frazzywave

The kitty showing snappy under costume.. partnered with dreamy.. produced dreamy

So.. seems like both mom and dad are hiding snappy (or better) and that snappy is recessive to both dreamy and odysssey frazzywave. Unfortunately, I don't have any double plush whiskers to further test this.

RE: Snappy whisker shape ...
Wow, you are so lucky, it looks like it is super-recessive so if you have not bred them together and if both had not thrown their hids (only 25% chance), it would have taken you forever to even find out you had it.

You'll have to breed child to parent, to find out if both of them have it or if one of them has double plush. You made a great find.

It is for sure recessive to dreamy (if you take in the possibility one has double plush, the OFW might be with the double plush). I am looking forward to seeing your breeding projects. (dons catsuit, I'm a cat burgler by night, heh heh heh as I plan my next great heist. This is better than diamonds)

RE: Snappy whisker shape ...
I was able to put a starter with double plush and produce snappy, so this is definitely dominant to double plush.

Grats Berry!

I have also been very fortunate and have had the new snappy whiskers!

The mom passed OFW so have put her with a Double Plush boy Smile and this is the result ->

Is this a new whiskers shape?

Thank Barry and everyone else to share the pedigress.

Barry, I can use the link to your post in the forum as a reference in my graph dominant?

So people come to this topic and post it here along with yours.

We have many good evidence for Snappy whiskers between Odyssey FrazzyWave and Douple Plush.

Evidence for Snappy is recessive to Dreamy whiskers:
Here we were made a backbreed, return the child with his mother, and snappy proof is hidden.

Evidence for Snappy is recessive to Odyssey FrazzyWave whiskers:
Here we use a kitten Odyssey FrazzyWave against a hidden Snappy, and have visible FrazzyWave, proving who Snappy is recessive
