Here's the story of how a new favorite was inspired and acquired. Recently, while grocery shopping, I passed by a display of Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano cookies. I felt the twinge of a KittyCatS inspiration moment --- "How about a Siamese Chocolate with Mint Julep eyes?" --- and filed it away for a one-day-in-the-future project. Well, it must have been 'mint' to be. The very next day while I was at the stall where I sell cats, I noticed that the stall next to mine had this cat:

Fur: Siamese - Chocolate
Eyes: Mint Julep (Mysterious|Big)
Shade: Natural
Tail: Curious
Ears: Big Boo Boo
Whiskers: White (Mysterious)
Size: Normal

Needless to say, I saw it as a sign that he was supposed to be mine!

His name?

MINT MILANO

Of course.

I think that is an absolute smeshing combo I love the Big Boo Boo Ears idea on this one!
Because this cat will make people urge to take a little nibble every so often

By the way I was able to grab 2 silver & whites which turned out to be sibs.
I have bred an extra boy if you can use that one for you silver & white project.
They have a chance to hide the snow though but at least they show the fur.
I try to breed away from the snow with the offsprings.
I saw the male had a hidden snow during one of my tests.
The offsprings come from two shown silver & whites though.
I'm affraid I need some test kitties along the way XD

EDIT I must have confused two cats.
Today I uncovered the Silver & White isn't hiding the snow but Siam Flame.
So their OS might too.

I'm in doubt if he needs Icing if I will put icing in this line I think it will be the Porcelain shade.
I like the natutral shade as well because this gives him the real truffel cake look.

Kay, you make me laugh! I had not even made the connection between the Big Boo Boo ears and nibbling cookies! That thought endears my little Mint Milano kitty to me even more --- thank you!

AND I'm so excited that you've been able to locate some Silver & Whites! This fur may yet be rescued from extinction! Let's keep each other posted... and post pics, too, please!

I've decided to document my newly begun "Project Rescue: Silver & White Tabby" from Day 1 (yesterday). I've never kept tabs before on all the starts and stops of a project or how long it takes to get the goal kitty, so I thought it might be fun this time ... especially since I'm starting with a kitty that only MIGHT be hiding the Silver & White fur!

CHALINNA, what an adorable and scrumptious cat! I agree with Kay - you should make this 'truffle' in both choices: with AND without icing.
