Suggestion about Collars

Hello KittyCatS! Team!

I have always been really excited about the fact that you give us the tools to be creative and design hats and collars for our kitties. I was wondering if the collar creator -- the actual collar that goes to the KittyCatS! -- could be made full bright.

I design collars, and in certain lighting they are seen as they were designed to be seen, however, in natural light without the full bright, the collars look dull and even the gems (for those of us who create with gems in different colors) turn out looking completely different than what we intended to create.

Perhaps, not sure if this could be done, in the pop up menu could be scripted an option to select full bight feature or not, so the creator can have the choice if they want to have it that way or normal.

Should you need pictures of how collars are seen in different lighting, I would be happy to provide these for your consideration.

I believe there are many amazing creators making absolutely gorgeous collars and, since people look at them through different lights, sometimes they can look poor rather than rich, if that makes sense?

I would definitely love to see that feature added so we can actually enjoy the vivid colors and designs of the many collar makers we have in the community.

I like this idea but my problem with it is that my windlight settings makes full bright darker, and ones prefered windlight can do a lot with the outcome, so maybe there should be a way for the end consumer to choice between either full bright or not just so they can tweak it as to how they see Second Life.

Personally, I wish the Firestorm team would add a viewer option "Ignore Full Bright" for those of us who LIKE the day/night cycle.

But, yes, many people lock the world to midday and Full Bright can appear to improve things when you do that.

I agree with Kayleigh. The end user should have the option, but why not also the creator who has to display the difference for the consumer to see what they can do. Put a settings notecard in them Full Bright: YES or NO
