Programming 101
The reason we have a Systems Analysis phase is to strive to prevent error.
The reason we have a Testing phase is to catch and correct errors in the Systems Analysis and Programming phases before shipping them to the customers.
The reason we have Problem Tracking systems is to provide a means for customers to report errors missed in the Systems Analysis, Programming and Testing phases.
And the reason we should have open Forums is to because sometimes errors in the System Analysis, Programming, Testing and Problem Tracking phases still are not addressed.
