The only improvement to the existing system which makes sense, suggested by someone else, in another thread, would be the option to return cats to the Cattery instead of in-world.

The advantages are:

- no possibility of delivery errors

- the system can be simply implemented as a Support Staff-Only web page, allowing staff to perform the operation any time, from anywhere, including using mobile devices

- the recipient need not be in Second Life, or even on-line, to accept delivery, and no confirmation is required

The disadvantages are:

- the recipient would need to ensure there is food available in the Cattery

- the recipient would require a Dock to retrieve the cat, in-world

These disadvantages, however, are mitigated by adding an option to the Support Ticket, defaulting to in-world re-delivery, which requests Cattery re-delivery.
