Cattery --- Suggestion on a Feature

Hello,

I was wondering if there were plans to include a sales yard like Amaretto has on their program? Would be nice if I could do a search for boxes or live cats that I am looking for and get the lm directly to them to buy. Is this something that might be considered in the future?

Personally, I'm glad KittyCats has stuck to their principle of not getting involved in the markets. KittyCats has enough on their plate.

Someone, a couple months ago, attempted to create the sort of market you're suggesting. It failed; but not because the general idea was unsound. It failed because the person who created it had no experience with KittyCats, was unwilling or unable to put in the time to learn the product and its markets, and, as a result, created a system people didn't want to use. Charm and I checked it out early on and offered a number of suggestions. But, instead, the system was shut down.

Technically, it's quite possible for anyone to create a web-based market system.

I felt the same way. It had potential...wish that it could have taken off. Would have helped find those kitties you need for breeding projects with out walking sims, or posting questions on the forums to wait a reply. But sadly it had flaws too. Work for the seller to add it to the database that was created.
At the same time it is good that KittyCats has stayed out of the Secondary Market.
