Accessibility Suggestion: Put gender symbols on collection vendors

I know that (for the current collection) the boys are on the left and the girls are on the right. However, I sometimes have difficulty sorting out "left" and "right" in my head, and have to keep looking back at the sign, or editing the objects to see what's what, etc.

If the pillows had a little "♀️" or "♂️" hovertext on them accordingly, I think that'd be really helpful for folks like me.

I could go a step further and suggest that they also be added on the cat vendors (for the ones where you pay the cat for the normal size), and each vendor would have "Normal <gender>" or "Sized <gender>" hovertext so it's immediately evident which vendor sells what.

I know hovertext can be a little aesthetically obnoxious, but I think it'd be really useful for a lot of people.
