Unable to view inworld cats on the Cattery tab

Hi,

Not sure if this is a current known issue, but I'm unable to view my inworld cats on my Cattery tab - the name of the parcel where I have my Dock comes up as an option, but when clicked on, the page refreshes back to the cats in the Cattery itself.

I've tried rezzing a new Dock but that hasn't solved the issue.

Hi there,

This behavior would occur when the Cattery can't contact the In-World Dock. There are multiple issues that can cause this problem, which will be mostly SL related.

If the issue persists for you, please try to re-rez your dock.
If that doesn't work, please fill a support ticket.

Thank you very much for your response, FoxieCat.

I re-rezzed the Dock in my home as you suggested and then clicked the Dock and 'View Cattery' to check to see if I could view the In-World cats on the inbuilt browser in SL and I could! So then tried using Microsoft Edge as my laptop's browser instead of Google Chrome, and it worked! Issue resolved
