What are the steps to get the kitty out of sick?

My friend she has 2 sick ones and is upset that after 2 days nothing is changing even when stats say they are not hungry.

You can either get the kitty food and wait 7 days for it to heal or you can get a get well vitamin from the kittycats store which will heal it instantly. Permapet also heals sickness but then the cat can't breed anymore.
