What are the chances of getting butterfly Kittycats? Like the Bug and the bees?

People have suggested wings of various kinds for the cats. People have also suggested turning wings into an add-on that designers could make like collars and hats. I, for one, would think that would be great.
The Pawsable Traits Reference manager and a Chart keeper.
