The Tin Man, who took a long journey in search of finding a heart is a story many of us can relate to. Willing to travel far distances he was determined to get the heart he needed.

Entirely convinced that the Wizard would give him one, he endured challenge after challenge, in the end finding he had a heart all along. Sometimes we too can journey to find things we already possess, but have just forgotten.

Just one question : theres no mention that they may carry new traits.

Is this an oversight or are we to take it that there are no new traits with this collection ?

Goog question indeed.
I asked a CSR and her answer was on my question if there were new traits to find:"not the I know of".
Also there was a question if they make a special baby in chat in this is not the case according the CSR.
I see your question isn't answered here so I thought to let you know what I heard.

Thanks Kay, i got the same answer when i asked in group chat too.
If they don't hold new traits this would be the first time for RFLs i think, but they've never made special babies as far as i remember.

I'm wondering if the references to remembering and finding things we have lost is a hint at something but usually if there's any kind of surprise to expect it's announced.

All rather strange and it would be nice if we could have some kind of light on the matter, at least to confirm that there are no new traits (please?), especially as this[/quote] could affect the number of RFLs we might buy.

I'd love an official statement as well especially since, as Anna said also, past RFL's brought the possibility of holding a new exclusive trait so far as I recall and indeed no special baby.
Later that trait became available in the normal starters as well.
For me it is also important, besides the cute costume and good cause, special edition starters hold new traits for our breeding purposes and that makes a difference in the amount I plan to obtain.
Certainly if a trait is exclusive and remains to be exclusive for a special edition I tend to buy more.
For the good cause I ofcourse bought RFL's this year anyway just not as many.

hi all,

these cats do not carry added traits other than the current ones. while we often add traits in collections, we also have times where we have not on purchasable collection cats. there can be varied reasons for this from timing of collection, and other things Smile

examples of some w/o traits.

Collobor88 (soft exposure)
Courage Kitties (Neko cats)

So this year's RFL, for the record do not have any other added traits.
