Wish: Hat - Red Fez

I recently bought a red bow tie for my cat (Thank you Brenda *hugs*) However, I was saddened to hear no one can make a Red Fez hat to go with it; a limitation of the developers kit I understand.

Since the community cant create a fez hat, would KittyCats! be so kind as to make a Red Fez so we can honor the 11th Doctor?
