Hi everyone!
We have opened the store back up! Everything should be working normally again & boxes/cats should be loading.
If you have any cats/boxes that do not load/break, please file a ticket with the ID# and our team will be happy to assist you further.
If you had any failed deliveries, please file a support ticket with the transaction details and our team will get the items resent to you.
