Thank You and Apologies - Doodlebugg Resident - 05-10-2012 11:52 AM I wanted to write a public thank you to the costumer service at KittyCats, Callie, Equinox, Kayleigh and everyone else who has been included in my KittyCats nightmare! Everyone I just mentioned has been SO polite, kind, professional and supportive of me..when I have not been as polite and kind in return, and for that I apologize! For those of you that do not know...which is a majority of you. I am shy, introverted and keep to myself...I am also a huge KittyCats fan who has NOT been able to get on the KittyCats website for a few months now. I kept hoping that the problem would fix itself. When I needed to file support tickets, it really bothered me that the "problem" was not fixed. To make a long story short. This has been a journey of a few days which has felt more like forever to figure out why I could not access the website. My net provider told me it was not them or their problem. The people at KittyCats were stumped and had a hard time figuring it out. I was just about to give up literally, i was preparing to give my cats away. I felt like my business didn't matter and that since i was the ONLY one this was happening to....it wasn't a high priority to be fixed quickly. I felt like i wasn't appreciated as a customer and i was just done for lack of a better word (let me add that I am having some RL things going on that was adding to the stress of life). In any event, Callie logged on and IMd me...I explained what happened most recently. She got on skype with me, she called the company that hosts the KittyCat website and FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! The immediate relief and happiness I felt was just what I needed. I felt appreciated and taken care of..with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect. In the blink of an eye...I felt so much better and appreciated the people who made KittyCats possible. No company is perfect, not even KittyCats but from what I just experienced..I can tell you that they all strive to make this as good as possible for each and every one of us! KittyCats is an expensive hobby that is my SL addiction, a passion, a puzzle, a joy to be a part of and well worth it. One year later, I am still hopelessly addicted. While a lot of us, myself included, can complain..maybe a bit too much...a bit too often...about things that we would want different or better or bigger or whatever it is....It is nice to be recognized for doing something good too! This ended well for me and with a new appreciation for the hard work EVERYONE puts in to make KittyCats work as well as it does! Thank you again! Doodlebugg RE: Thank You and Apologies - Kayleigh McMillan - 05-10-2012 11:54 AM Hugs Doodle <3 I'm sóóó happy for you things are sorted out! Kay RE: Thank You and Apologies - Saga Felix - 05-10-2012 12:12 PM Am so glad to hear things worked out for you, Doodlebugg! -And don't bash yourself just because you haven't been 100% kind or positive all the time... I know you generally ARE a kind and positive person, so a slight slip is excusable when under some stress, imo... Glad to hear it's better now Hugs, Saga <3 (-And for those that don't know - so many have written to ME to say that the "Trait Talk Transcript" in my KittyCatS Google Docs collection has been very helpful to them - but actually, it's Doodlebugg we should all thank. It was HER idea to make a transcript, and she went through a lot of bother to make it as good as it is, and then gave me full rights to it afterwards. So yeah, call yourself shy and introvert, Doodle, but you too contributed with a great thing for many in the community here <3 ) RE: Thank You and Apologies - Kayleigh McMillan - 05-10-2012 12:26 PM (05-10-2012 12:12 PM)Saga Felix Wrote: Am so glad to hear things worked out for you, Doodlebugg! -And don't bash yourself just because you haven't been 100% kind or positive all the time... RE: Thank You and Apologies - Curiouskitty Resident - 05-10-2012 01:29 PM Hi Doodlebugg, I am so glad we could finally help you out about that issue that was really really being a pain. Please, don't feel like you have been rude or anything, because you haven't at any moment. You were just frustrated, which I totally understood & would have been too if it had happened to me. Big hugs to you ! RE: Thank You and Apologies - Callie Cline - 05-10-2012 01:37 PM You're very welcome doodle. It can be frustrating when it seems an issue keeps happening... and a solution can't be found quickly AND like you mentioned the RL stress. I rarely get involved in support issues, but what i LOVE about our community, core team (Equinox, Kittycats) Kitten, and our CSR's is they really DO care, when our customers have issues we really do WANT them fixed ASAP... and your issue was just one of those perplexing ones it seems... so each person helped along the way to find out what is happening so it could be fixed for you. Also I have to tell you thank YOU for doing what you needed on your end, working with Equinox, and Kayleigh too.. i love that our community all tries to help. we have different role & responsibilities, yet one thing we seem to share is we do CARE about each other... and want to have FUN!!!! I'm glad my part helped getting your issue solved, and it was for sure a team effort... each person getting you a step closer to getting it fixed!!! So again, thank you for your persistence and help as well for following up on your end with what we needed you HELPED US HELP YOU RE: Thank You and Apologies - Kayleigh McMillan - 05-10-2012 01:57 PM (05-10-2012 01:37 PM)Callie Cline Wrote: You're very welcome doodle. RE: Thank You and Apologies - Sanura Snowpaw - 05-10-2012 07:08 PM One of the best thing about KittyCatS is how much they care about us and the community at large! They are always striving to find ways to make the cats better for us from low prim, the cattery, poses, animations and everything. They constantly amaze me with all they do for us! |
