I would like to be able to see the entire pedigree of a cat that I either breed on my own or buy, not just back a couple of generations. There are many cats for sale that say " ........ in the BG". But if the actual trait/coat goes back further than what we can see on the pedigree, how do we really know? I bought one a while ago, but it didn't show up on the pedigree , and when I tried to click on the side where the trait was supposed to come from, it says I can't see that info because I don't own that cat.
I just think that being able to access the ENTIRE line of a cat would be better for those who are breeding and want to see the entire history.
I also noticed a thread by Kayleigh regarding more privacy - I think we could really do away with the "owner" of a cat - it's not important to me who owned previous cats in the line.
