There's a size variant that only exists when a mega is a few (4-5) days old. It's bigger than a BDB but still considerably smaller than a full grown mega. It would be amazing if that became an actual kitty size that would be the full grown size! it's cute for those who think that megas are TOO big but still like the idea of big cats.
