My kittycat disappeared. He is wearing a red cap and red collar. I searched my parcel but he is not around. Can someone help me?

If you think the cat is inworld but you just don't see it, wait until the cat goes to sleep; you should find it sleeping at it's home location (where you rezzed it unless you changed it). Firestrorm's Area Search can help with finding inworld cats.
If you have a HUD, and the cat is inworld, you can use the HUD to teleport the cat to you (or you to the cat).
Check your inventory. Sometimes it helps to log out and back in, first. Often, you'll find your cat there. Don't forget to check your Cattery, too.
If you can't find your cat inworld or in your inventory or Cattery, check your Pedigree. If you still own the cat, it will be listed there. Note the UUID and file a support ticket using the Support button at the top of every page on this web site.
