Please repair the web site - Tad Carlucci - 07-25-2016 06:26 AM Your change to the menubar is forcing players who use touch devices to look for a breedable which does not actively seek to render their web site unusable. No, I am not making this up. I have heard this. Please, if you care at all about your players, at least separate the Pedigree and Cattery links on new menu bar. Hiding those features may be good for customer-base reduction, but is lousy customer support. But at least they're there. Hiding those features then rendering the means to get to them unusable .. it would be FAR simpler to simply shut down the web site. RE: Please repair the web site - Mizaki Resident - 07-25-2016 06:40 AM I totally agree with Tad and second this motion. RE: Please repair the web site - Kayla Woodrunner - 07-25-2016 04:33 PM I agree with Tad. The menubar was better before. Cattery, Pedigree, and Forum should have their own links like before. They get clicked a lot. People were happy with the buttons being out before. I was talking to people inworld about it before I even saw Tad's post and people are complaining about why change something that isn't broke. People liked the menu bars the way they were before. It was one of the things most of us were NOT complaining about. The complaints before were all about how hte collection kitties pictures had disappeared when it was all there before. Now people are complaining about what was done to the menubar. I would have added a button rather than take them away -- I would have added a support ticket button so that that was out too. I know Kittycats is always trying to make things better for us. But this menubar change makes things worse. RE: Please repair the web site - Oselkhandro Resident - 07-25-2016 06:04 PM I preferred the old menu also. I do not like to have to look around to find "cattery" vs "pedigree" and "forum" Those three were the tabs that I used all the time. RE: Please repair the web site - Reven Rosca - 07-26-2016 04:56 AM Thank you! RE: Please repair the web site - Oselkhandro Resident - 07-26-2016 12:12 PM Thank you for fixing the menu on the website! RE: Please repair the web site - Tad Carlucci - 07-26-2016 04:02 PM Oh, yeah! Thanks! RE: Please repair the web site - Kayla Woodrunner - 07-27-2016 11:46 PM Thanks for bringing back the menu! Very happy! |
